Southern California artist, Steven Quartly, has spent the last 25 years creating work for fine art galleries nationwide. Quartly's work is known for the "light" that is created. He started at a young age studying Impressionism and how "light" was evident in the work. The pallet knife, brushwork, and his distinctive style have awakened collectors domestic and abroad.

His work and passion for art has been featured on HGTV, Costco Fine Art, Newport Food and Wine, Art Business News, Art World News, Locale Magazine, West Oceanfront Magazine, and over 500 solo exhibitions nationwide.
